Studies have shown that drinking 5-6 cups per day is optimal for reaping the health benefits of tea, but just 2 cups per day can be effective.

Please remember though that the incredible health benefits that all of our teas offer should not replace a healthy diet and regular exercise program. Using black, green, white, roiboos or pu-erh teas to complement a healthy lifestyle will result in much improved health but it should not be a single, definitive solution. Drink of any one of our teas daily, whilst maintaining a healthy diet and daily exercise programme, and you will soon notice a great improvement!
